Dear Guest,

We're glad to welcome you to our hotel on behalf of all our staff. We ask that you please to take the time to read our hotel policies, described below:

• Check-In time: 3:00 pm, Eastern Time.
• Check-Out time: 11:00 am, Eastern Time.
• Early Check-In is upon availability for $50 fee.
• Late check-out is upon availability for $30 fee until 3:00 pm or $50 until 5:00 pm, after 5:00 pm we will charge for the whole night.
• Room Payment, Parking and other charges must be paid in full at check in.
• The parking price is $25 per day.
• Parking policy: Guest Park at their own risk, hotel is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to your vehicle or possessions.
• Packages received by the hotel will be charged $10 per item at pickup, packages must arrive no earlier than a week before check-in day.
• For security reasons, upon Check-In we will make copies of all adult's guest's ID (21 and older) that will be staying in the room.
• We do not accept guests under the age of 21 without being accompanied by an adult.
• No pets allowed in the hotel premises. $100 penalty will be charged.
• Guests with continuous noise complaints will be evicted out of the hotel and will be charged for the deposit.
• Pool area is restricted starting 8:30 am until sunset.
• There is a $250 fine for smoking in our Non-Smoking rooms.
• No swim wear allowed in our Lobby area.
• No glass beverages allowed in the pool area for the safety of our guests.
• Any people who are not registered as a hotel guest will pay an additional fee of $20 per night during the stay.
