Hotel Policy

Dear Guest,

We're glad to welcome you to our wonderful Collins Hotel and sunny Miami Beach.

We ask that you please take note of the following Hotel Policies during your stay;

• Check-In time: 3:00 PM, Eastern Time
• Check-Out time: 11:00 AM Eastern Time
• Room Payment, Parking and amenities must be paid in full at check in.
• Packages receive by hotel will be charge $10 per package at check in.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are not guaranteed, are upon request and availability
• For security reason, upon Check-In we will take copies of all guest's ID's that will be staying in the room.
• We do not accept guests under the age of 21 without being accompanied by an adult
• No pets allowed in the hotel premises $100 penalty will be charge
• Guests with continuous noise and disturbing the hotel peace will be forced to leave their hotel room and hotel premises, and will be charge for the deposit
• Pool area is restricted starting 9:00 PM
• There is a U$250.00 fine for smoking in our Non-Smoking rooms
• No swim wear allowed in our Lobby area
• No glass beverages allowed in pool area for the safety of our guests
• Any people who is not registered as a hotel guest will pay an additional fee of US$20.00 per night during the stay
• Parking, park at your own risk; hotel is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to your vehicle or possessions, cost per day USD$15.
• Valid credit card is mandatory at the check in time with picture id.
